We are a friendly, welcoming society formed to encourage an interest in art in the form of drawing and painting in all media and at all levels.

What we ask of members is enthusiasm together with active, supportive participation.

What we offer is a programme of demonstrations,talks, workshops, exhibitions and social events.

Meetings

Wednesday afternoons  1.15 pm– 4.00 pm

These meetings continue through the year except the 2 weeks before Christmas. Cost £1.50

2nd & 4th Friday of each month (except  August)
Demonstrations, Workshops as in the programme.  Cost £3 Guests/Visitors £4 Friday Demonstrations begin promptly at 7.30pm and finish at 9.30pm.             

We also have occasional Saturday Workshops, but these are available to Members only.

Saturday Workshops begin at 10.00am and continue until 4.00pm.

For a small fee, non-members are welcome to attend demonstrations and some workshops if space is available. Priority will always be given to members of the Society.

Membership is obtained through application and is subject to available space. A waiting list will operate when membership is full.
The committee retains the right to refuse an application. 

Annual membership £17 this includes refreshments at all meetings.
